We live in very uncertain times at the moment. Everyday we receive news about the growing number of confirmed cases of COVID19 and the various lockdown measures that are being implemented in certain business sectors.
The news is worrying as our way of life as we know it has changed for some months to come, maybe longer.
Right now and for the foreseeable future, our priorities are the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees.
I wanted to let you know that datmedia will be operating as near to normal as we can during this challenging period. Most of our staff are able to work remotely which allow all our staff to work safely and effectively, while observing the Government stipulated social distancing guidelines. We can be contact through all the usual channels, and aim to respond in the usual time frames.
To the best of our capability, we are working to minimise the impact that changes to our business will have on yours.
We are closely monitoring supply levels with manufacturers and delivery times with couriers to mitigate, where possible, any disruptions that may emerge. We will also work closely with our technicians to ensure they observe very stringent hygiene measures when on site for the projection of your staff where required.
We are following any instructions from the Australian Government and will do our part to try and slow the spread of the virus, maintain the health of one another and our loved ones. As this unprecedented situation rapidly evolves, we remain committed to doing our very best to support you.
